There are many leadership development programs but not many focused on Entrepreneurial Leadership. An founding entrepreneur is challenge to be a leader, a manager and the creator of culture for the organization.
This program is focused on Entrepreneurial Leadership Development Skills necessary to scale up an enterprise lead by the founder.
Find a balance between your heart (passion), head (purpose/mission) and hand (planning and implementation).

- Have an introspective journey on mindset and leadership in a growing venture
- Receive eight hours of coaching from Dr. Nelson Soler, PhD, MBA, MS, EA,
- Develop and implement a plan to lead their venture for growth

The academy will meet once a month for 8 months. The classes will be available in a hybrid format via Zoom for those accepted into the program.
